Welcome to STACKD. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them before booking.

1. The Rental Agreement

By completing a booking through our website, you ("the Customer") enter into a rental agreement with STACKD LLC ("the Company"). You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to enter into this agreement.

2. Rental Period

The rental period begins on your confirmed delivery date and ends on your scheduled pickup date. Each package includes a seven-day minimum rental. Extensions beyond your agreed pickup date must be requested before that date, are subject to availability, and are billed at the weekly extension rate shown for your package.

3. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup are included at no charge for addresses within our service area in Savannah, Chatham County and the surrounding towns listed on our Service Areas page. You or an authorized representative must be available during the agreed delivery and pickup window, or you must make prior arrangements with us. Missed pickups without prior notice may result in an additional fee.

4. Condition of Bins and Equipment

All bins are cleaned and inspected before delivery. Bins, rolling carts and inserts must be returned empty, dry and free of damage. Permanent markers, stickers or tape must not be applied directly to the bins — use the labels provided. Missing, damaged or excessively dirty items are charged at replacement cost: $20 per bin, $75 per rolling cart.

5. Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking through our secure online checkout, processed by Stripe. All prices are in USD and include applicable fees as shown at checkout. We do not store card numbers. Refunds are not issued for early returns.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your delivery date receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your delivery date are non-refundable. To change your booking dates, contact us as soon as possible; changes are subject to availability.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to use the bins only for packing and moving household or office contents; keep them dry and protected from weather; not use them to transport hazardous materials, chemicals, liquids or illegal items; ensure they are accessible and ready for pickup on the scheduled date; and accept responsibility for any damage, loss or theft of equipment during your rental period.

8. Liability

STACKD is not liable for damage to personal property that occurs during the moving process, for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, or for any loss or damage to items packed inside our bins. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for your rental.

9. Privacy

We collect personal information (name, email, phone, delivery and pickup addresses) solely to fulfil your rental and communicate with you about your order. We do not sell or share your information with third parties beyond the providers needed to run the service. See our Privacy Policy for details, or contact us at stackdrentabox@gmail.com.

10. Changes to These Terms

STACKD may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
